Mainly because it is caused by accessories, or oil leakage from the cylinder of the CNC lathe. If it is an accessory, maintenance is very simple. If it is a cylinder, then it is very troublesome and will cause the machine tool to be scrapped. Now let’s study the causes of oil leakage in the CNC machining center, right?

1. The oil change does not meet the requirements.

It often causes oil leakage in the CNC machining center. The problems in oil change are mainly manifested in three aspects. First, for parts that use high-viscosity lubricating oil, if you change the oil to low-viscosity lubricating oil at will, it will affect the sealing performance of the corresponding box and shaft hole to a certain extent, and sometimes greatly reduce the sealing performance of these parts. .

Secondly, if the oil tank is not cleaned when changing the oil, the dirt in the oil tank may enter the lubrication system, block the oil circuit, wear the seals and cause oil leakage. Third, the oil is added too much when changing the oil, especially in the parts with rotating parts, due to the stirring effect of the rotating parts, oil spills are more likely to occur.

2. Inappropriate selection and adjustment of lubrication system parts cause oil leakage.

For example, when the CNC machining and maintenance personnel choose an oil pump with excessive pressure or excessive oil output during maintenance, or when adjusting the system pressure, the pressure adjustment of the overflow valve, safety valve, pressure reducing valve, etc. is too high, and the CNC machine tool If the flow rate of the lubrication system is too large, it will cause oil leakage if it does not match the oil return system and the sealing system.

Actually, it is not just the above points that cause oil leakage in the CNC machining center. If we encounter similar problems in operation, we must do a good job of inspection and find the cause in time to avoid unnecessary losses. After purchasing the machining center, do a comprehensive inspection to see if there are casting defects or parts damage. If any, contact the manufacturer in time.

When the operator uses the cnc machining center to process the workpiece, the following points should also be noted:

(1) For the first trial cutting process of cnc machining, single-stage operation mode should be used for machining.

(2) When the automatic operation of the CNC milling machine starts, the rapid override and feedrate override S are at the lowest gear, and then the efficiency is improved after cutting into the workpiece.

(3) In the operation of the CNC milling machine processing program, it is necessary to pay attention to the coordinate display of the CNC system.

(4) It is forbidden to touch the tools and chips of the CNC milling machine by hand. The chip must be cleaned with a brush.
